1. How much does it cost?
   The cost per person is $29/person for all rooms excluding Bear Trap which is a premium room and 75 minutes vs 60 minutes with a rate of $36/ticket.  No extra fees are ever added to your booking!   You are able to book a minimum of 4 tickets in each real life escape room and pay for any remaining tickets needed at the time of your arrival if you would like.  
2. How many people can play the real life games?
   Each room requires a minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 8
3. Are the real life games scary?
   Castaway Island has 2 jump scares and Bear Trap has a few as well.
4. Are tickets refundable?   If there is an emergency and you have to reschedule we will try to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. Just get in touch with us through our CONTACTS tab as soon as possible if this is the case.  
5. Are there age restrictions for the real-life games?
   All participants under 17 must be accompanied by an adult unless you are booking a party with a gamemaster in the room.   Age restrictions for each room are as follows:  Castaway Island and Adelina’s Castle - 8 to 17    Candy Caper and Bear Trap 12+
6. Can I Bring Food or Drink into the Games?
   We ask that no food or drink is taken into our games. Alcohol is prohibited.
